With nearly 30 years' experience in Australian schools, Community Groups, & private businesses my leadership development & confidence-building workshops combine evidence-based models, mindset techniques & practical applications.
As a personal development coach, I hold qualifications in Communications, Education & Business. I am a published author, international speaker, & have been involved in transformational thought leadership the 1990's.

1. The most important person you need to fall in love with, is yourself.
Most people don't put themselves first. We have been taught it is selfish to do so. But if you cannot love yourself, it is unreasonable to expect other people to love you or take you seriously. Invest in yourself. Understand your worth. Put yourself first to change your internal environment to one of self-love and you will begin to feel worthy. This feeling will start to increase your desires.
2. Become responsible to act on new feelings.
When new desires begin to rise from this new, internal environment of self-love, do not shut them down. Procrastination is our way of delaying outcomes and reconfirming we lack the ability to succeed. The future you, needs you to act now. Seize the day. Take the opportunities you would otherwise miss. You will feel the fear of failure ... but know the past does not define the future. These actions will start to change your world.
3. Be the change you want to see in the world.
As your internal world changes for the better, the quality of the external world changes also. If you want love, give it to someone else. If you want praise, give it to someone who is trying. Come from a position of abundance rather than scarcity and you will ignite the success you already have within you. Once your potential is released, you will become unstoppable.
